A: The Glass House is our new ceremony-only add-on. This option can be booked up to 30-days out from your wedding day for an additional $500 fee. Learn more about TGH here.

Q: What is the Maximum capacity?
A: We have a maximum capacity of 200 guests, including the bridal party.
Q: what do you require to book a date?
A: We offer four different payment structures. Ask about the options on your tour or via email.
Q: Do I need to schedule a tour?
A: We kindly request that all tours are by appointment only. You can book a tour through our scheduling service here.
Q: How do I reserve a date?

Q: Do we have to utilize your caterers and bar service?
A: Yes, we offer an extensive list of exclusive catering and bartending services for you to select from!
Q: Are there overnight accommodations nearby?
A: The Springfield Courtyard Marriott is just 2 miles away and The Mills Park Hotel in Yellow Springs is only 7 miles away. Both are fantastic options within walking distance of restaurants and breweries.
Q: Does the rental fee include a time to rehearse?
A: Yes, we do all of our rehearsals on Thursday evenings for the weekend ahead. Our Friday couples have from 5-6 p.m., Saturday couples have from 6-7 p.m., & Sunday couples have from 7-8 p.m.

q: What is the difference between your signature package and premier package?
A: Our Signature Package reigns supreme as our flagship offering, ideal for most couples seeking a seamless wedding day experience. Meanwhile, our Premier Package caters to those with unique timeline needs, offering additional perks like The Glass House, extended setup time, and a later reception end. Q: How do i learn more about the full weekend package?
We offer this package exclusively to full service planners and their clients that have elaborate decor installations, requiring multi-day set up and tear down. If you are working with a full service planner, please have them reach out to us directly at info@barnatcliffsideacres.com.
Elopement questions
q: Can i pay a fee if i want to elope on a weekend instead of wednesday?
At this time, we are only able to offer elopements on Wednesday mornings.
q: Can i serve food and drinks during my elopement time?
We do not allow any outside food and beverage to be brought in during elopements. Cliffside provides complimentary Champagne for up to 30 people and a cutting cake for the newlyweds.
