- Rectangular & round tables to create a custom layout for up to 200 guests, including the bride, groom, and/or wedding party

- An On-duty security guard for your safety and convenience
- Scheduled, 1- hour rehearsal before your wedding day
- Private, 1-hour engagement shoot access to the property
- Complimentary access to our budget, guest list, and floor plan management software
- Choose one of our preferred caterers off our extensive and exclusively vetted list.
- Ability to provide your own alcohol with use of one of preferred bartending or catering companies.
- No hidden fees or minimums. Our pricing is transparent, and we feel passionate about not tacking on additional charges. .


* We require our couples to purchase an additional one-day liability insurance policy, listing us as an additional insured. For under $200, it will give you $1,000,000 in coverage.

**Sunday weddings have 12 hours of total access with entry at 10:00 a.m. and an end time of 9:00 p.m., with clean-up complete by 10:00 p.m.
